All Indoor Booths include electric
and pipe/drape booth dividers. Qualifying New York State
Farm Vendors will receive a $50.00 discount on booth fees.
No electricity available for outdoor spaces. Outdoor vendors
must povide a photo of your booth with application. Only
crafters canopies/displays will be acceptable, no tarps.

| All Vendors will be required to provide proof
of insurance:
THE VENDOR, its affiliated companies and subsidiaries
shall secure and maintain during the period of this Agreement
Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, which shall
be written on an “occurrence” basis, with
a standard broad form endorsement and/or excess umbrella
liability
with combined single limit of not less than $300,000.00
for each occurrence and $1,000,000.00 general aggregate.
Proof
of this insurance shall be provided to THE FESTIVAL no
later than thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of
the work
to be performed described herein.
THE VENDOR agrees to name Grape Events
Partners LLC, Wineracks.com and the Dutchess County Agricultural
Society Inc. as respects to the Hudson Valley Wine &
Food Fest September 5-7, 2008 as “additional insureds”
and to provide a certificate of such coverage no later than
thirty (30) days prior to the EVENT
|
| If you sell taxable goods, you will also be
required to have a copy of your New York State Certificate
to Collect Sales and Use Tax on file with the Fest
Food Concessions and Vendors serving food samples will be
required to obtain a food permit from the Dutchess
County Department of Health. A DoH representative will
be on hand each day of the Fest to inspect any booths providing

Vendor Accommodations
Once again Debbie from Exclusive
Wine Vacations has booked
a block of rooms for Wine & Food Fest vendors at a discounted
rate. Rooms
will be available at the Courtyard
by Marriott in
Poughkeepsie, NY
for $115.00/night. You MUST reserve these
rooms in advance with Debbie and space is
limited, so book your room early!
