About the artist: Ann Elizabeth Schlegel is a talented oil painter and longtime friend of the Festival, known for creating its poster art for many years. She studied 19th-century art at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris and has painted in the south of France and Giverny, the home of Claude Monet. As the first American resident artist in Antibes, France, she has recently relocated her studio to Studio 740 in Allentown, PA.
